Ford Signature is the new global design concept for Ford’s franchised retail network. The design approach aims to create an impact and to ensure a consistent application of the brand across Europe. Customer experience is at the heart of the concept, which encourages customers to learn about the product in a relaxed environment. The technology-rich environment blurs the distinction between online and traditional sales experiences, with open and inviting purchase rooms encouraging customers to continue their sales journey in person.

Turner and Townsend enjoy a longstanding relationship with Ford and are leading the programme, providing project management services for the rollout. We’re excited to be working alongside Turner and Townsend, providing a range of design support packages to Ford’s European retailers.

Working to the global Ford Signature concept, guidelines have been created tailored to the unique challenges of the European market. The External Brand Wall has been adapted, creating standardised options for the unique building shapes within the European network, which include the ‘Statement’, ‘Cube’, ‘Corner’, ‘Clip’, ‘Monolith’ and ‘Metro’. Impactful in their own unique way, these Brand Wall options help deliver the consistent application of the global Ford Signature concept.
